Sell on every channel, run it from Odoo

Orders from marketplaces and online stores arrive in Odoo as sales orders, and the products, stock and prices kept in Odoo go back to each channel. One base module, and a connector for each channel you sell on.

Channels Price Orders Products and stock Returns Questions

From the channel to the invoice, in Odoo

1. The order comes in

As a sales order, with the customer, the addresses, the products and the delivery method, without typing it again.

2. The warehouse ships it

On the carrier mapped to the channel's shipping method, with the pickup point the buyer chose.

3. The channel stays up to date

Stock and prices go from Odoo to each channel, and, where the platform accepts them, the tracking number and the invoice.

Channel missing?

We add it on the same base

Every connector stands on one base module, so a new channel needs only the part that talks to its API.

Let's talk

The base module, shared

The backend, the background jobs, the log, the sales orders, the mapping of shipping and payment methods and the returns register are written once, in the base modules, and work the same way for every channel.

The connector, only the API

A channel module translates these steps into the channel's API: products, stock, prices, orders and what goes back to the channel.

Price

The base is paid once

Every marketplace connector needs the base modules. On Odoo Apps, the price of the first connector you buy includes the base; for each channel after that, you pay only for its connector, so the price is lower.

The page of each connector on Odoo Apps shows what its price includes: the connector and the modules it needs.

The first channel

The base modules and the channel's connector, in one order.

Each channel after that

Only the new connector, plus any base module it needs that you do not own yet: the base you already own is not charged again.

Orders

Every channel's orders, in one sales flow

The same steps for every channel, in the sales orders and deliveries the team already uses.

Orders as sales orders

Each order comes with the customer, the invoicing and delivery addresses, the products and the shipping line, ready to pick, pack and invoice.

As soon as they are placed

Where the platform calls Odoo through a webhook, the order arrives right after it is placed; a scheduled import stays on as a safety net.

The right carrier

Each marketplace shipping method is mapped to an Odoo delivery method, and the pickup point the buyer chose is kept on the order and on the AWB.

Orders protected from edits

An imported order can be locked at confirmation or when its delivery gets an AWB; unlocking it is an explicit step, noted in the chatter.

Held with a reason

With the review module, in beta, an order that is not confirmed automatically shows why: a customer message, cash on delivery over a limit, a total that differs.

One log for every channel

Stock updates, price updates and the other operations are logged in one place, with quick access from the product.

Products and stock

The catalogue is kept in Odoo

Products, stock and prices are maintained once, in Odoo, and each connector sends them to its channel.

Products in both directions

Products are imported from the channel and, with most connectors, also created or updated from Odoo, with the fields each platform accepts; what each connector sends is listed on its Odoo Apps page.

Stock from your warehouse

Most connectors send the stock from Odoo to the channel, on a schedule or on change; with PrestaShop, the stock comes from the shop into Odoo.

Prices

The connectors that export prices send them from Odoo. On eMAG the price can also be adjusted automatically, within the limits you set, by the offer's place in the buy box.

Categories and attributes

The channel's categories and attributes are imported once and mapped to the Odoo catalogue.

Returns

Returns and refunds from the channels

Approving or refusing a return stays in the marketplace; Odoo keeps what was asked and what was refunded.

Returns in one register

Return requests from the channels that report them are imported into one register, with the reason and the stage, whichever marketplace they came from.

Refunds next to them

The money given back to the buyer is recorded with the amounts per line and, where the marketplace reports it, the VAT.

Checked in by scanning

With the returns module, an eMAG or Shopify return is found at the scanner by its return or order number, and the refunded amount is set against the credit note.

Dashboard

Beta

Every channel on one screen

The marketplace dashboard answers three questions: what to do now, how sales go and what is earned.

What to do now

The sync health of each backend, and counters for the orders to map, to confirm, to ship and to hand over; a click lists exactly the orders counted.

By shipping deadline

The open orders that wait for something, each with its next step, sorted by the deadline the marketplace set.

How sales go

Sales per day, best sellers and the gross margin, after the purchase cost and the estimated commission, for 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account on the channel?

Yes. The connector uses the API access of your own seller account or shop.

Can I sell on several channels at the same time?

Yes. Each channel is a backend in Odoo; you install the connectors you need, on the same base module.

Do I need the courier connectors?

No. Marketplace shipping methods are mapped to any Odoo delivery method. The eMAG connector includes the courier base, and AWBs through eMAG Courier come with a module of their own.

My channel is not on the list.

Tell us which one. A connector can be built on the same base, so it needs only the part that talks to the channel's API.
